1.3 Voice Data (Diana AI Assistant)
Our AI voice assistant, Diana, collects:
- Voice Recordings: Audio of your conversations with Diana
- Transcripts: Text transcriptions of voice interactions
- Interaction Metadata: Duration, timestamps, and conversation context
Important: Voice features require your explicit consent before any recording begins. You may opt out of voice features at any time through your account settings.

Salon Partners
When you book an appointment, we share your name, contact information, and appointment details with the salon.

8. Voice Recording Consent
When you use Diana AI:
- Your voice is recorded during the conversation
- Speech is transcribed to text for processing
- Responses are generated and spoken back to you
Your rights:
- Voice features require explicit consent before first use
- You will see/hear an indicator when recording is active
- Disable voice features anytime in Settings > Privacy > Voice Recording
- Request deletion of all voice recordings via email
9. Data Retention
- Account Information: Until account deletion + 30 days
- Booking History: 7 years
- Payment Records: 7 years
- Voice Recordings: 90 days
- Usage Analytics: 2 years (aggregated)
10. Children's Privacy
StyleSync is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
